Shipping policy

Free Delivery in France
Every order ships free to any address in mainland France, with no minimum spend.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Orders With Several Items
Items in the same order may be sent in separate parcels and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

Delivery Address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will update it before dispatch.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or give a full refund. If your item arrives damaged, email us your order number and a photo and we will make it right.

Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in euros and include all taxes. For orders up to €150, there are no extra charges on delivery.
