At GSAURA, we work with trusted global suppliers to bring you quality products at competitive prices. Because many of our products are shipped directly from our supplier network, delivery times may be longer than traditional retail stores.
Order Cancellation
At GSAURA, orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method, which may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. For any approved returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
- Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.
Multiple Shipments
As we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment centers, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Peak holiday periods
- Global logistics issues
GSAURA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- We cannot guarantee successful delivery.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be reshipped.
Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping details after placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
